An update for our patients
Following the announcement made on the 28th May, the chief dental officer has confirmed that dental practices will be able to begin reopening gradually from Monday the 8th June.
The safety of our patients and staff is our number one priority and we will only open fully when this can be assured. We have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) is in place. We want to assure you that we will continue to work to our excellent standards of care and infection control.
Throughout this pandemic we have continued to care for you and your families in the best way that we can by providing advice to all of our patients who have needed it. We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
We will be contacting each of our patients who have had any outstanding treatment or urgent dental issues directly, appointments will be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on the patients urgency, if they are in a higher risk category and the services that we are able to offer at the time.
If you are waiting for a routine care appointment please DO NOT CONTACT US AT THE MOMENT, we will not be able to offer an appointment immediately as priority will be going to those most in need. We will keep you fully updated as the situation develops, with the intention to see you as soon as we are able.
Additionally, if you had a routine appointment booked in the coming weeks, we will be contacting you to rearrange this in order to accommodate the backlog of patients experiencing pain and with outstanding treatment.
To help us maintain social distancing and safety please do NOT COME DIRECTLY TO THE PRACTICE with any queries – we are available to answer any further questions over the phone or via email during our working hours. We will continue to keep you updated as things progress.
We look forward to welcoming you in the practice again soon.
Kind Regards from the team at Woodcroft
