Are appointments available again?
We have begun the process of reopening our West Sussex clinic, however we are still restricted on the type and frequency of available appointments.
For now, we limit our appointments to emergency care and treatments. We can rebook many routine appointments to later in the year – this will include check ups and hygiene visits.
If you are in need of urgent dental care, we are able to offer some restricted appointments, these must be made via reception over the phone or by email and are subject to a strict triage process.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY WALK IN ENQUIRIES TO THE RECEPTION DESK – the front door is kept closed during working hours except to admit those with pre-booked appointments.
If you are arriving for an appointment we would ask you to phone reception to notify us of your arrival and to wait in your car where possible – this is to reduce the amount of people at reception and in the waiting room.
Please only bring an accompanying person if necessary, it’s strictly limited to one, also observe social distancing at all times.
If at all possible, all payments are to be made by card.
