Covid 19 Update
Update for patients – Emergency Service Information
Since the end of March, stringent measures have been imposed on dentists restricting the use of dental equipment. We are currently able to provide only very limited care and can not see any patients within the practice at present. Any patient who feels the need to access emergency care will be assessed by telephone and given advice. Anyone requiring more complex treatment may be referred to a specialised dental unit.
Postponing all routine appointments
In keeping with government advice all routine appointments have been suspended from 25th March, if you had an appointment booked you can expect to hear from us soon to rearrange it for a later date.
We’re still here to help
Ensuring you are cared for is a duty the whole practice team takes very seriously. Rest assured we will provide all possible assistance that is safe and in line with government guidance.
Our team are still available to speak to during all of our usual working hours.
If you find yourself in a dental emergency during our regular hours, please call the practice and a member of our team will be able to assist over the phone.
If you require urgent assistance outside of our usual hours please contact the practice for our most up to date guidance on our answerphone system. Private and Denplan patients will be asked to contact the dentist on call, NHS and unregistered patients will be directed towards the Jubilee Dental Centre at St Richards hospital or NHS 111 services.
What to do
Please do not attend the practice – contact us via the phone or by E-mail if you need to.
