Welcome back!

We are pleased to be able to continue to offer appointments and see our patients within the clinic again.

All of our dentists are now running various clinics, initially, to see emergencies and previously postponed treatment, we plan to resume routine checkups again as soon as available appointments allow – as always, we will be prioritising those of a higher need.

Unfortunately, we still can not accept any drop-in queries direct to our front desk- this is to maintain social distancing in this area. To this effect we have kept our front door closed during our working hours, however we are still available to talk to on the phone or via Email, the phone lines have been extremely busy so please either leave us a message or send us an Email if you do need to speak to us!

For those attending pre-booked appointments, we are following strict guidelines to keep everyone safe. We have introduced hand sanitising stations, and we are limiting the number of people in the waiting room at any one time – where possible we are asking our patients to wait outside once they have signed in to allow space within the building and unless advised otherwise by their doctor all patients are required to wear a face cover when attending their appointment.

We have also introduced a new portal system – this is to allow you to fill out the necessary forms prior to your appointment at home. A link is included as part of your reminder message, all updates are then transferred directly to our system. The portal can also be used to sign in for your appointment when you arrive if you have the link available on a modern mobile phone. This system prevents us from having to handle paper directly in the surgery as well as streamlining our updating process. Please update us on your current email address and mobile phone number to ensure we can offer this service to you.
