Anti-wrinkle treatment is administered by a gentle injection. When Botox® is delivered into a targeted muscle, it stops it from contracting temporarily. When muscles in the upper face stop contracting, your expression lines soften and can even disappear completely if desired. You will see the initial results of your treatment 4-10 days after the procedure. Your unwanted expressions will start to soften and so will the associated lines. These results will continue to improve over the following days and peak at 14 days. The effect is maintained for about 10-12 weeks but can usually last 6 months or more with a few repeated treatments, at which point a member of our team will invite you to book a top-up appointment.
